DigiTree

Digitree bridges the gap between digital innovation and the cherished tradition of printed books. It caters to both enthusiasts of the digital age and advocates for the preservation of analog literature, symbolizing the library’s transition to digital while honoring the essence of traditional books.
The tree serves as a platform for individuals to express their thoughts and ideas on various topics. By integrating QR codes onto leaves cut from pages of discarded books, it fosters a digital dialogue that transcends the limitations of physical space, allowing users to explore a wealth of perspectives. This way, the library can become a dynamic space igniting discussions and sharing diverse viewpoints, embellished by the students themselves.

Students: Merel Franke, Justin Jo, Beatriz Monteiro, Esther Park, and Radhika Sehgal.
